Sir मैंने 29.10.19 को Tata AIA का term plan (policy bazaar) से लिया था। जिसमें medical checkup हुआ था।1दिन बाद 30.10.19 max Bupa का health compainion family floater 5lack (policy bazaar) से ही लिया था,जिसमें health check up नहीं हुआ था।2021 में reassure में upgrade(10 lac) कर दिया।इस बार renewal में renewal में reassure 2.0 में upgrade कर दिया।आज तक कोई claim नहीं किया है।भविष्य में claim में कोई issue to नहीं आएगा?plz suggest me

This is quite informative, however the responsibility should be with the insurer to gather the necessary documents and should be enforced by law, as an ordinary person it is highly unlikely to be aware of the internal workings of an insurance company

How can you blame a consumer, put the onus on them, for getting a pre-policy medical test done by the new insurer? A retail consumer cannot force a company. No company agrees to this. This should be a standard industry practice in the industry. Clearly it is a corrupt and cutting corners industry which is to blame.
