I think it was the plan until Seth got hurt. Then they went with Drew and Punk which turned out to be the fued of the year. Now they're both healthy we will watch the story play out.

Seth is like a modern day HBK. He’s loyal and amongst the best in ring workers, but guys like Reigns, Punk, Cena, and Dwayne are all crossover stars who’s more relevant to the masses.

Rollins doesn't understand, the whole reason why Punk left WWE to begin with. The company made him sick, and forced him to wrestle with a staph infection that almost killed him. CM Punk could've been dead, and you hate him because he values his health over the WWE, that could replace him with somebody else, if he dropped dead because of their negligence ? Rollins, you need to look at the bigger picture. There's more to life, than just wrestling.

I'm fairly certain the "hatred" is very overplayed. I don't think they like each other, but the hate is absolutely played up. They are both workers and know the business and even at times it wasn't super likely, theres no harm in keeping a fued or two simmering in the background. It mostly kicked off when Punk was loosely back in the WWE with the Fox show, and then flared up again when it was very obvious he was done with AEW. Both periods are time its logical to heat up a potential fued. Ultimately, the both know the business and know whats good for business. Especially in the modern times, having this "real life drama" only adds to the value of an in ring fued.

I wasn't a Punk fan but I've seen him wrestle for years. He and Rollins both came from backyard wrestling originally. He is amazing on the mic but his age and injuries have severely affected his in ring performances. AEW firing him was the beginning of the end for them.

Seth Rollins because I know and like him more than CM Punk. I don’t hate CM Punk, but I think he should have turned heel ever since Clash at the Castle. Drew should have been a face, not a heel. CM Punk cost Drew the World Heavyweight Championship, so I rooted for drew up until what he did to CM Punk a few weeks before Bad Blood, cause that moment was just pure evil.
