If hurricanes protection is the main concern, is clay just as good as concrete tile? I'm curious why aren't you raising metal roofs in this video?

Clay tiles are much better than concrete tiles and metals roofs are better than either tile roof, which is a whole different debate, because there are different types of metal panels and metals.

They use concrete tiles in bermuda but they seal them and concrete over them... are these roofs displayed incomplete? Wouldn't a bermuda style roof be superior to clay tiles once it's sealed?

No, this is the way Florida Building Code wants you to install concrete tile roofs. True Bermuda style you still have to re-coat, you don't need tiles, you can just have a sloped concrete slab as your roof and you protect it from water permeation with waterproofing products.

It's not really better, but it's built to be re-sealed and that will last longer because you can keep re-applying sealants. The homes here are generally built with plywood decks, not concrete. Anything concrete is better.

nothing says job security like in inferior product, here in canada asphalt shingles are common 20 years and you are replacing your shingles

Concrete cracks over time; that's the nature of the continuous curing that it undergoes. Especially with constant temperature and moisture variations.
