What ever works well for anyone is a good thing. I gave always rented long term and that rent s l o w l y goes up.. So much easier to get market when you do mid-term rental.. and this corporate housing wants to be in charge of your rental. THe owner determines the rent and the corporated sorts out who and how many will live in it. .. I feel uncomfortable about that.

Literally a property management firm that utilizes residential property for corporate housing. Even though it’s just an ad, it has its appeal. Some people have high value properties that don’t cashflow well and can’t Airbnb for whatever reason so a midterm rental to a corporation ran by the middlemen makes things hands off and certain investors could definitely be interested if the returns were good and they wanted to be hands off.
