4:05 That's the current standard in Thailand. This kind of outlet compatible up to 6 Types of plugs.

Some aspects of electrical systems are just arbitrary and have nothing to do with actual needs. A universal plug shape, for example, would not negatively effect the needs of any country.

KZbin had your back around lunchtime on the 27th, but I only clicked the thumbnail on the 28th. I'm a KZbin explorer ... I tend to wander from channel to channel and the algorithm knows I'm happy to watch a new channel or low-viewed video when it aligns with my music/electronics/geek/woodworking interests. I hate AI voices, and poor grammar. You just got a like and subscription. Thanks mate. $0.02

Not that many months ago, I didn't get this many low view/subscriber channel. Now it has become alot more. Did you experience the same thing? Nonetheless, at least this channel is decent!

The war on currents was Edison and Westinghouse, Tesla was a minor operator. You are just making things up. For one huger voltage works better on sparsely populated areas. That is why in Finland rural areas had higher voltage but cities had lower until the late 50s. Please do not make up facts. Instead use sources. The standardization to 220 B on Europe happened on the 1950s though on some countries that happened later. In Europe electricity wa still used mainly for lighting so the change was easy. In the US there were much more electric applian9so changing would have been harder. Also voltages have nothing to do with plugs. Plugs and sockets were not deliberately made incompatible because of different voltages.

What @MatthewHarrold said, but what the hell is he doing at 3:00?

Around the time you mentioned, he's stripping the wire and getting it to a certain length and getting the jagged edges off. It's an old tool and with wire strippers nowadays that cut and separate, it is more time consuming.
