The jump from the ETM on the PL-380 to the ETM+ on the PL-330 makes so much difference. I rarely used the 380 once I got better radios, but I use my 330 all the time.

You know Gilles that I tested the orange one 'til exhaustion and only with the telescopic/whip antenna. And I have a channel full of good examples of how great this radio is when noise levels are low or when using an MLA-30+. I highly recommended it, as I recommend your channel on all things radio related.
