Nightwing has arguably surpassed Batman at this point. He has even become the leader of the Justice League instead of Batman. You are hugely misrepresenting Dick. Even Batman has acknowledged he has surpassed him, and Dick won their recent fights. You cant give Batman an easy win and then say Nightwing loses. One thing I think needs mentioning. Nightwing gets to shut off Where Daredevil is constantly on. Dick is ever ready, but he gets to be Dick Grayson, full sight, full mobility nothing different. Matt Murdock is always blind, always in tune with the world around him. His sense constantly adjusting to his environment. So, he is always tuned to what people are doing and where they are. It could be considered an unfair advantage for motion sensing. But I still want to give the win to Nightwing, cos it's Nightwing.
