Yep, I can say ALL CU games have had my Adrenaline pumping two days out. Never been effected like this, even my usual home team UCLA which probably explains my lack of anxiousness going into the weekends in the past. I’m a mom of three. My sons have been watching Colorado, after following Prime at Jackson State. We live on the East Coast. So after they roped me into the game-who was stuck watching it on Saturday at 2am after my boys fell asleep in the 4th quarter? Me…now I’m anxiously awaiting Bo Nix and the Ducks. Haven’t had this much fun with college sports since I was in college. Shout out to my dad who didn’t have sons and taught us girls everything about every sport so now I can enjoy this with my boys. ❤ So awesome!

Oregon set up the first three games to be warm up games against inferior teams. Colorado was supposed to be the warm up team for their first three opponents which were scheduled before coach prime got there. I think that’s why Oregon has so much better defensive stats then Colorado I’m not saying they are not better I’m saying it’s not as far away as the stats show.

@@jasonshumake777 Colorado played a Nebraska team that cant complete a forward pass and still let them rush for 200+ yards.... then they played Colorado State who got obliterated by Wazzu and needed double OT at home to win by a score... let's not talk about level of competition inflating stats lol i think the difference really is as far away as the stats show man. Oregon is supremely more talented across the roster and especially in the trenches and with their depth. The spread is 20 for a reason.

@@jasonschwanke916 Nebraska and CSU are way better teams then Hawaii and Portland state and TCU is better then Texas tech. When these teams scheduled the CU game 3 years out they did it because it was supposed to be a warm up game for them, which is why Oregon scheduled their first three teams. If you play against teams like Portland state and Hawaii of course your offense and defense will look great per the stats. Nebraska actually has a great running game and defense unlike Portland state or hawaii

Yeah, the problem with Colorado defense creating turnovers and running the ball is that Colorado has had good opportunities to be able to run the ball against way lesser competition and they haven’t been able to and Oregon doesn’t turn the ball over. If Colorado wants a shot at winning this game, they need to find a running game. Something they haven’t had all year. Somehow I’ll be able to protect the quarterback, not allowed running even though they have allowed 200 rushing yards a game and basically everything they do bad and don’t do well. They need to do good and everything they do good they need to be great at. It’s a very tough ask for a team that just lost their best defensive player.

Don't bet against prime. They have an amazing advantage. You can only see 3 of their film games because there is no other film. Travis is out so they are going to bring looks that NOBODY has seen because their is no video on them. I believe this is to be a HUGE advantage. how can you study for a team that has no film? Most of their defense and offense is structured around Travis. Teams draw up their plays with Travis in mind. So how can you now prepare for a team that has no film, no travis. Prime is going to use that. I got the Buffs all the way!

Oregon has rebuilt the D - they have the #1 pass D in the Pac 12, they have struggled when the QB runs like against TT when their QB couldn't find anyone open (held him 100 yrds under his avg) and ran 22 times. The pass rush has improved, they also replaced their linebackers w/D backs.

I think both coaches had similar but different 1st years. Both coaches had massive turnover when they arrived. Prime Time cleared out a team that didn't produce. Oregon's previous coach had a top 10 recruiting class, I think. When he left it dropped to the 50s or 60s. The new staff brought in new recruits. Both schools had major shake ups and had great results. Same could be said for USC. I don't think they had as much turn over as Colorado or Oregon though.

Nix better watch it. The OL and DL are their issues, not their secondary. The secondary can pick him off in the blink of an eye!!. Oregons best bet is to run more, not throw more. And the Buffs need to just put it all together. All the talent CU needs is there, dig deep and unload. Coach Prime is a HOF player . He's not playing Saturday, or is he . This man has seen it all . Nobody in college football has his resume . Coach will give the Buffs every opportunity to win . Football is funny ,there are unexpected things like fumbles and interceptions . They happen and we've all seen how momentum changes the outcome of games . This is why games are played . Ill tell yea we in Oregon are nervous about this game to. They really haven't been challenged this year. The Buffs beat them a few years ago. I Hope for a good game. I wouldn't say miracle. Them boys have their fate in there hands. Oregon and Colorado. GO DUCKS!

Deion knows that he's going to have to have multiple people step up big time in this game, in order to compensate for Travis. Offensively, they may be fine. It's the defense that really has to step up. Colorado will have to put up 35+ points just to be even close in this game.

But yes, this will either be a fantastically bad blow out if our offense does not show up OR, it will be a shoot out where each of our porous defenses give up points to each other like a see saw.

A gun slinger vs a sniper. I’ll take the sniper to win by 6. The Ducks have good db’s but the line can’t rush the passer and if you don’t pressure a sniper he’ll pick you apart. The Ducks are a better team on paper but it’s hard to defeat an opponent that plays with heart.

Colorado lacks the cohesion that snaps together brings on offensive and defensive line. They have been winning because they have really good skill guys on both sides of the ball that have outclassed inferior opponents. Multiple schools like the University of Houston and Texas Tech have run offenses like this. They dominate weaker teams, but cannot stand up to complete programs. On the road, I do not see Colorado winning this game this year. With some experience, Colorado will be a team to be reckoned with next season.

I’m rooting for CU but CU needs a better run game. Running the ball controls the clock & helps dominate on the goal line. CU Needs a Big Back like 230-Pounds that can get 5-yards a carry up the gut!! I can’t believe Coach Prime skipped the Big Backs. He seem to have all skat backs that can’t run up the gut

I suspect Oregon will likely win; however, the Buffs are more than capable of winning the game. Like Coach Prime said, the Buffs are 6 or 7 players away from being dominant.
