Anton could have easily bought the medicines in the pharmacy, but instead, he chose to steal them. Why did Anton do this in No Country for Old Men?

*WRONG* The reason Anton blew up the pharmacy is because he couldn't go to the hospital. And the reason why he couldn't go to the hospital are 2 fold 1) Police are always called when someone suffers a gun shot wound 2) It puts him in a vulnerable position and he didn't want to get caught sleeping (literally) by Woody Harelsons character
