I’m sure someone has told you by now but the 100:1 is a premix that’s allows you to use 100 parts gas one part oil. The 50:1 is a mix that requires more oil for gas to be able to lubricant the engine. It’s cheaper than using 50:1 because your using half the oil amount. Where 5:10 uses 2.6 once’s for every gallon an oil 100:1 uses 1.3 ounces for every gallon

I understand that. Most of the 2stroke equipment i own and my neighbor who is a farmer own, requires a 50:1 mix. It all depends on the equipment really..

The oil is tested an proven at 100:1 with all 2 stroke engines

I used WD40 on the top of my table saw which was cast iron, then covered it with a waterproof tarp. To my surprise, when I pulled the tarp off 6 weeks later the table was completely covered in rust. I was informed that WD40 was 60% water. Several mechanics told me that when people use WD40 on their wheel lug nuts that it is very hard to get them back off because of severe rust. I quit using the product and now only use the Amsoil MP. Although the WD40 may be good for short term problems, it causes long term problems. I have always had good long term results with the MP.

That is interesting observation. I have never faced anything like that. But I should try to do a test like it.

Preferred customers get the same pricing for 20 a year membership. It's a tough sell to get someone to buy retail price. If people are considering amsoil...they are already the type of person to do their research. Why would I buy retail from a dealer when I can become a preferred customer and pay less even with the membership fee of 20? It's just a bad business model. Unless you are a shop owner and have inventory

I am aware of that, hence I became a dealer so that I can save money on my own purchases. I do spend a quite a bit of money on fluids every year.
