Go for a gaming laptop with an i5 is enough, as you going to learn verilog hdl and embedded systems, and for placements, every year differs, I'm a 2024 dual degree graduate.. my seniors and friends got placed in 2022 and 2023, and but in my batch more than half of the students didn't get any placements, try hard even if the placements are less the year you graduate, the chances of getting placed is high for you... keep going and learn more kid

@@ganeshragava Last year I too was thinking to join B-Tech CSE in LPU then when My relatives in Delhi went to See how is LPU now I am happy that my best decision in life is deciding not to join LPU such a 3rd grade worst institute where drugs,trafficking,fake placement stats everything happens AND also the guy who got 3 Crore package was not placed in campus drive it was off campus placement by his own talent he got that and this dirty LPU is taking Credit of it
