If you need first home, go ahead purchase the first home. But, keep the budget 40 lakh. Pay down payment 15 Lakh. Go for 25 Lakh for loan for 20 year, EMI comes 23k / Month. Don't confuse. This suggestion is for middle class. Don't fall prey for that someone saying, don't need a home and we can live in rental house forever. Complete the EMI in 10 years.

First home is must but we need to think about reliable builder , approval, good location etc.. and investment must be less like not more than 20-30,% of salary.. These things are suggested only for middle class not for upper middle class they can do what ever they want...

@@Audiovisual00 1700 rs avg constuction cost - 1000 sq ft 2400 sqft 4unit house cost approx 4080000 Plus sump EB Tank Tile, laying pipe extra 10 L al togather 50 L , Rent for 1bhk 1 unit comes around 12k - 12x4 = 48 K return which NO ONE GIVES let these ppl talk about market the probability of getting drain ur princple is high in Stock market . Financial Experts go and learn the reality.....Half baked informations....... Real estate is spiked 25 to 30% PA but salary increment at 3% PA , inflation - unknown, Govt data is always at the least level calculation on inflation......Dont give gimmick here.... Have you ever learned the concept of Saturation, Demand and Supply , Building Depreciation ?
