Many many years ago, I was in the hospital after a suicide attempt. It was probably my 5th or 6th time trying over the years, (I was in my 20's at this time). I was visited by a priest who told me that that suicide goes against God's commandment, Thou Shalt Not Kill. I took that to heart and and never attempted suicide again. I even spread the message to a friend who was going through hard times and it helped her.

I can relate to your struggle. As a kid I was always wearing older sisters hand me downs. They weren’t “in,” they didn’t fit right and often made me look sickly. I didn’t know about or understand that I was seriously introverted. Also I struggled with learning my school work. It was a matter of comprehension and retention. Having a mom who wasn’t from this country and so her English was somewhat poor didn’t help. Although I didn’t get it at the time, her insistence that I read aloud to her helped us both. I didn’t know that she couldn’t write very well and probably couldn’t read much as she never finished school. She also would never spell words for me if I couldn’t spell them myself. It was always “Go look it up.” To which I replied “How can I look it up if I can’t spell it?” She actually gave me a wonderful gift that I was too young to appreciate. But I have strayed away from my comment. And that is that buying clothes is my stumbling block. I have talked myself out of many a purchase believe me. That has been my greatest weapon. As I speak those words, God gives me just enough strength and courage to walk away. IDK if it will work for you. God gives each of us the tools we need in our daily journey of walking closer and closer to Him.

The sad part about Judas’ betrayal is that I recall several times where Judas really could have redeemed himself before the Lord. When the people were asking if they were with Jesus, he could have stood with him where the other apostles had not. He could have even been at the cross, even begging for forgiveness in his own heart (they probably would have let him closer to anyone else Jesus was close with). I believe God gave Judas a lot of ways out that he could have taken at the time after the betrayal. But hey, only the Lord knew his heart.

Not everyone is perfect including Judas. Judas was only human. He makes mistakes . Everyone makes mistakes. But God didn't allowed him to have a second chance to make it right. Therefore, Judas could've not redeemed himself.

@@LaoSoftware God offered him the opportunity to redeem himself. I believe He knew that Judas Iscariot wouldn’t take it. His love for money was the root of his evil. The Lord never gives anyone too big a temptation to get out of. But he sought to redeem himself through his own way, not by the Lord’s. Whatever drew him to betray the Lord, once that was fulfilled, he even recognized his own mistake. But he turned to salvation through his fellow man rather than to the Lord through his attempt to return the money for Jesus’s release. But it’s all just speculation, none of us really know what went through the man’s head.

Consider this: If it was Judas' destiny to ultimately betray Jesus, then how could Jesus or God ever levy a judgement? Judas had to betray Jesus in order for Jesus to complete his destiny or Jesus wouldn't be able to fulfill it. In essence Judas was trapped by Fate regardless of what he wanted for himself in his life. Does that mean we must be? No. We are not trapped in fate nor are we the anyones pawns. Dear Sir, I remember your voice commenting on my A Psalm Song (words to As The Deer Pants) where you mention the unsure confidence I have about being saved. But I blew my opportunity when audibly I heard Wisdom declare “if you remain faithful to me I’ll remain faithful to you even if the world was destroyed tomorrow.” I have been hostile to that gracious invitation as Tambra, Leslie and my Absalom son from Tambra along with Sarah “ugly bug” Bareilles and her “Ice hammer Face sister” pay people to stalk, infrared and basically irritate me just about every day. As even an eunuch Wisdom and Jesus thought it special to afford me many wife opportunities. But that included canvassing me which I always hated even when the consequences of my rotten history hadn’t caught up with me, like reading about King David being chased while being the hero of Israel. And most probably was one of the main reasons King David took some R&R when he should have been leading the military agenda. He being forced to live with the Philistines who probably had boils and warts on their heads along with the sides of their heads shaved. Of course it’s normal now but pretty stupid looking if one is normal. Early 2002 I asked Jesus to accept me as a single person after all, “castrated”. He replied, “if you pluck out your eye.” I know Israel’s enemies' evil desire for The Jews was to pluck an eye, cut off a thumb and to consume one’s poo and urine. So normally it’s off the wall but Jesus did talk about removing an eye or other offending body part to avoid being stuck in hell like you mentioned in this video. So when Jesus advised me to cast out my eye it’s normal especially since I struggle with the most psychopathic, retaliatory and disgusting imagination and Proverbs 27:20. I had requested Tambra and all involved to help me in removing my eye. While I lay on the ground with my hands underneath someone plucked my eye. Then I would be friendly to them but if I don't like someone they would have to accept that. But they relied on when Wisdom sent some servant to alternate from a hooded robed person to a full grown doe (four times go into the ground and come up one or the other) at the Smith River. Two days later at Calm Beach the same doe walking like the sound of a Clydesdale Horse on the pavement not alternating where I wrote in my lyrics “Too many feet slowing your steps, too many opposing slowing mine.” They are still bugging and I need extra motivation to actually get my hand to the deed-so if you can pray for this-Thanks. He lifted a bunch of them up at the time of his death, but most are in abrahams bosom, sheol or hades until the end of the age when they are ressurected. i think thats how scripture lists it, but also, jesus has been since before he came physically as the old testement describes the spiritual son who was a lamb led to slaughter to die for our sins. While one sows, another reaps, i have a strong feeling that Jesus is the spiritual son of god, in you. he's the alpha and the omega, the first and the last.

I don't understand why a loving God would make people burn forever in hell. What would be the point of all this? My understanding of Revelation 20:14 is annihilationism of evil including unbelievers and the fallen angels. The lake of fire (hell) is for the Devil, the Beast and the false prophets. Revelation 20:10.

My theory is built upon the fact Jesus had a beautiful habit of not speaking in literal terms but used a kind of poetry❤️ ALSO when hell was described to us he was describing a real place but that wasn’t created for you and me but separation from him in his eyes might as well be, and another thing that I theorise is the reason why the devil and his demons hate humanity especially the GOOD and also the wicked is because they are jealous that god gave us a new chance to be forgiven every day of our lives yet they didn’t get even a second chance from him and they will do anything they can to spite him by leading people into oblivion instead of his kingdom, but for the godly the power and knowledge of the universe coupled with the pure power of his love is sufficient for us to exist for eternity, and DEMONS not the sinful without existence will be tormented in hell for their commitment to mankind’s destruction
