It's disgusting that she is having to endure this. I was living in San Francisco -- my home town -- and BECAUSE we shut down the city and were mandated to wear masks (and did -- even running of bicycling in Golden Gate Park) our infection numbers remained amazingly LOW throughout -- in the city that has the 2nd densest population in the U.S. (over 800,000 people in 7 square miles). Our hospitals NEVER were even close to capacity with COVID patients -- where other hospitals in states where IDIOTS were in charge (Florida, Texas, etc) were letting people over a certain age DIE because they did not have the room to admit them and put them on respirators -- or give them other types of care for other issues. I watched Nicola frequently during COVID. Loving Scotland as I have all my life (I'm 65), I was SO relieved, so happy that she was in charge and taking the measures she was. I have dear, dear friends in a few places of Scotland including Edinburgh -- some of whom are elderly -- and THANK GOD she did as she did.

yes, my 45 year old cousin died of cancer during this period because they stopped all treatments for everything else. Is that fair?

I didn't feel the giverment needed to mother us we do have brains ourselves I made my own choices b4 they started about not having close contact with others I've never had covid I wasn't scared by the virus I didn't panic buy and didn't panic about any of it but I did lose and suffering financially .. and my mental health is worse than ever before thanks goverment Not

​@@scottmarriott1185 Yes. I don't know a single person who died from covid. I do however know multiple people who passed away from undiagnosed cancers because the NHS refused to treat them. Yeah, her stupidity caused the premature deaths of people who should still be here.
