9:02 Question: Why do we use Reprodocus to change the attribute of Protos? I don't see what that would achieve. I meant, Protos says it can not be destroyed by card effect, which is why it is safe from it's own effect - even if you don't change the attribute. So unless I'm overlooking something, the Reprodocus effect achieves absolute nothing - except for maybe turning a monster of the opponent in the anima-zone (that Reprodocus also points to) into the right attribute to destroy it as well. So you may destroy one more monster of the opponent with this, but Protos would survive it's own effect. I guess you could save another one of your monsters, if you summoned another monster under Reprodocus and changed its attribute to something different than what you later on pop with Protos. So I guess you can save one more of your monsters, but you have to summon them to the correct zone.

@@saitougin7210 Haven't even watched until that point but I assume it is to be able to call any attribute going first. For example calling fire against snake-eyes, without having to play a link 2 extra Deck Option for each and every Attribute. (In case it isn't clear, you have to call an Attribute that is present on the field for Protos)

​@@nilsbroermann7401exactly that. Protos locks and "also" destroys the called attribute so the destruction doesn't need to happen for the lock to apply. With Reprodocus making Protos the desired attribute, not only you are free to lock anything (the attribute called must be among the field), you also don't lose any monster thanks to Protos saving itself

@@babrad Thanks everyone, I totally overlooked the fact that the attribute one wants to call has to be on the field. Also I always thought of it as boardbreaker to destroy the field of the opponent going second and making sure that the monsters of the opponent don't come back. I haven't thought about the fact, that one can also blind calling an attribute going 1st.

this engine is too bad take alot of space to the point where i can't play hand traps, half of it is bricks, the field spell is too conditional to the point where most of my play test i couldn't even activate it
