people saying wit was better are over exaggerating, it is a significant artstyle difference but not much further than that, there is also cgi but it shouldnt be seen as a problem with modern shows like arcane looking as good as it can with it

Yeah the movie is just a slightly improved version of the final 2 TV episodes, combined.

I I heard that they were gonna use the funds to make a 3rd game, I'd go to see it just to support that, but other than that, I'll wait for a home release, because I can't say I don't want to see it, as a habitual rewatcher of anime, I have no problem watching a streamlined recap of the story, but at the same time, doing this for no other reason than a cash grab isn't something I can wholeheartedly support.

I don't mind them milking it, just milk it right. I want actual good animation for Attack On Titan. The current quality pisses me off. I would NEVER go to the cinema to watch this.

This lowkey is annoying. Not the movie, but the fans. I hear so many people calling it a cash grab, and well, maybe it is. But even so, people are paying because they choose and WANT to pay. If it being a "cash grab" is such a big deal, don't watch it. Not to mention, people for some reason or another thought it was going to be something new? Which is really weird... The series ended. If you want extra content, the ova's exist, some small miniseries, and fanfiction. I don't know what people expected when they heard about the movie. It was always going to be the last two parts put together. Did people really think he (Isayama) or the director was going to add more onto an already finished series? We got our conclusion, and that's that. This movie is going to be a really great experience for those who choose to go. The environment is completely different and creates a whole new experience. People always seem to be ungrateful no matter what it is. It takes YEARS to write, direct, produce, animate, the works. There are so many issues and possibilities that comes with making a series. Maybe we did have to wait an ungodly amount of time, but we were, in return, given a masterpiece of fiction, which I myself, can say am happy with.
