No yeast. I haven't shown it to you yet. The recipe is very simple, minimal ingredients!
But it will take a little longer. Any filling can be used.
Put the dough in oil and you will be surprised. Fast and tasty.
Recipe number 1
Ingredients:
750 g wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
600 ml water.
1 cup (200 ml) melted butter
Bunch of spring onions
6-7 boiled eggs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the oven at 200°C/398°F for 30-35 minutes.
Recipe number 2
Ingredients:
For the test:
Warm milk - 300 ml
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Dry yeast - 8 g
Salt - 1 tsp.
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 500 g
Butter - 50 g
Filling:
Potatoes - 1kg
Onion - 1-2 pcs.
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - for frying
For lubrication:
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Milk - 1 tbsp.
