Some were good leaders, some not so good. But either way, when thousands of Jedi are killed in one day, that proves right there that, it's not just the Jedi Council that have fallen, it's the entire Order that has fallen. It doesn't matter if Windu is brought back from the dead or not. The Jedi Order had already fallen long before the Phantam Mentace even happened. It was just only a matter of time before Palpatine finally revealed who he realy is.

It was 5 years ago, they thought people didn't like the prequels, now we have more prequel content and prequel references in almost everything - Mando, Andor, Kenobi, Ahsoka, Acolyte, Tales of the Jedi, Bad Batch. They brought back Hayden, Ewan, Temuera, Liam Neeson, Ahmed Best, Ian McDiarmid, Jimmy Smits (Bail Organa), Joel Edgerton and Bonnie Piesse (uncle Owen and aunt Beru), they even brought back Mon Mothma actress, who only appeared in deleted scenes of Revenge of the Sith. They respect the Prequels more now than they used to and the reason they didn't bring back Natalie or Sam is because Padme is dead and can't be a force ghost, Mace Windu also died and there's no point in him appearing as a force ghost, no Star Wars character has connections with him.

Today, during John Williams' performance at D23, when they showed footage from the Star Wars movies, it was mostly Sequels and OT, and only Obi Wan from the Prequels. They are making a new Lego Star Wars What If movie and the characters that have important roles are only characters from the Sequels and OT while the characters from the Prequels are side characters and Anakin isn't even there

It's tough to imagine how, when Revenge of the Sith has little flexibly leading up to Andor/Rogue One/A New Hope. I used to hope they could work him in, because of how he 'died': He could have somehow survived being thrown from a window... Perhaps he could resurface to play a part of the rebellion? His knowledge of the Force, the Jedi, Palpatine, etc. could be valuable to a resistance; A final lightsaber battle between Mace Windu and Darth Vader pre-Episode IV could be amazing - If he was struck-down in some sacrifice to carry the advance the rebellion, I think it would be worth it.

After watching the Disney made movies and series it is an absolute disgrace what they did to such an amazing franchise. True Star Wars fans understand this, and if only the newer generationcould understand it as well. "Hayden was barely a cameo". Dude, there was literally an episode focusing on Anakin teaching Ahsoka a last lesson, besides the holograms and the force ghost beautiful ending. We had an Obi-Wan series that gave us one of the most beautiful scenes between Obi-Wan and Anakin. We got Qui-Gon back as a force ghost that training flashback in episode 5. We got Ahmed Best back to be the Jedi that saves Grogu. We revisited Order 66 at least once a year since Jedi Fallen Order. We got Darth Maul in Solo that I hope they do something with him. We got Palpatine back as the final villain of the saga. We got our first glimpse of Darth Plagueis in live action. And Boba Fett was never a complex character. His show might not be the best, but we got some really interesting character development. And not counting the animation. We got Rebels, Clone Wars final season, The Bad Batch, The Mandalorian and Ahsoka. So just be real and stop crying

For the longest time, Portman felt like she was too mature for Star Wars, that it wasn't the high art she was striving for, and that it didn't help her career. She was an arty-farty snob. Only when she decided to return to Thor, has she started to soften on popular films. Being a mother and witnessing children's interest in Star Wars probably played a role in that. Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of issues with Disney, but they're not the main problem on this one. Let's not also forget that Padmé is something of the Marie Antoinette of the prequels. That is, many fans have detested her with a burning passion ever since ROTS and scapegoated her for faults that weren't hers. Unfortunately, she has never been re-embraced in the same way that Anakin and Christensen has. Only Jar Jar is a more hated character.

Um, we do know that Padme and Mace died in episode III right. There really aren't many legitimate story reasons to bring Portman or Jackson back. Kenobi survived, and the whole saga is about Anakin, so there are reasons there. The sequel trilogy got rid of Luke and Han because they were frigging old as dirt. Ok but with SLJ returning as Windu, it would have to be a pre-RotS flashback. Windu is dead and it is NOT up for discussion. I am tired of schooling people on why, if you can't understand why then that's a You problem. I like SLJ but he doesn't really understand his own character and why it just wouldn't work for Windu to still be alive. All I'm gonna say is this, it wasn't the fall that killed Windu, it was the full blast of lethal lightning Palpatine delivered to him. The jump out the window was simply his nervous system twitching like most do shortly after anything dies. Very common natural thing that happens on its own, just in his case it happened to be a force jump while he was right by a broken window, but he was 100% dead before that jump. On top of that.. Windu is quite frankly an overrated Jedi character. He and Yoda embody everything that was wrong about their Jedi Order and if you ask me, he got let off easy. Would've been better if Palpatine kept him alive for just a little bit, lock him away to Fortress Inquisitorious and let Vader take joy out of torturing him before killing him, because you know he would.... Shiii maybe that'd be the only way I'd accept it if they brought him back... but nah he dead. Deal with it. The lot of ya.

Disney has owned Star Wars for over a decade and still hasn't done it

Unlike Natalie, both Ewan and Hayden have the luxury of their characters already appearing in the original trilogy so they get to come back anytime they want. Since Jar Jar Binks got to live past the prequels, Ahmed Best gets to come back as well. Plus, he played a different character in the Mandalorian. Padme's story ended in Revenge of the Sith.

@@isaiasherrero7889 When you have movies and TV shows detaling the Empire era, Darth Vader has to be front and center which is why he's in Rogue One, Rebels and Tales of the Empire. However, I didn't like that they had Vader and Obi-wan reunite much sooner in the Obi-wan series because it makes their final fight in A New Hope completely absurd. There was no reason for Obi-wan to allow Vader to kill him now after he has beaten Vader twice. Also, the Obi-wan series was supposed to be about him developing his relationship with Luke and I don't get why they changed it to him rescuing Leia instead.
