Akshay Vara Agree, it's not easy. But with actual vedic knowledge, it's not hard too. I found very much satisfactory answers of such questions in a single book called 'The science of self realisation by Swami Prabhupada'. That book actually inspired me to follow vedas and made me believe in the power that our revealed scriptures acquires. No bullshitting like Jaggi vasudev, osho or others. Directly quoted from Bhagavad Gita and Other vedic hymns and straight forward answers with best examples to understand. It was an eye opener book. I do understand why all these foreigners are attracted to Hinduism after reading his books.
