I honestly never reply but believe it or not God put it in my heart to reach out to you. I feel that He wants you to know that you know the truth. Hence your tears. And He is waiting for you with open arms because He loves you. We walk away from Him but He is always there waiting for us to return. I have had it all, fame fortune, power and nothing or all of that put together did not complete me like God and Jesus have. God is good and I am still doing very good for myself, I still own 2 big successful companies and I can tell you that without Him I would be nothing. The last part is more my human nature rambling but the first couple of sentences my friend, (and I am not a religious guy by any means) came directly from Him and I honestly feel it.

We are never seeing the complete story of the person... We know about this life only.... The present one... We don't get to see what that person's previous life held.... N what the future holds according to karmic account. So, may be we can't say that all bad things happen to good person n vice versa..

I lost my faith 8 years ago, I never wanted it to happen and I fight with all my strength for a long time so that it would not happen ... but the horrible acts that happen on the most innocent, those with the purest soul, the children, has broken my soul into pieces. I too get that feeling. To me it feels like sleeping is my real escape. But now as of late I'm naturally waking up even earlier, I'd say on average around 2am. I'm not completely sure why that is but it's happening. My life from childhood has been tragic since I tried to be one of the most popular guys in high school. Most of the time I was an outcast. I tried to improve my life standards by finding a good business partner who would help lead us both into being rich from 2015. Instead all I had was a great con-artist who already robbed part of my past, present and probably robbed my future. Because of my life experiences I hate meeting up with people. Most of the time I casually think of the song 🎵 Disturbed - sound of silence 🎵 My life frequently rains on me with tragities.

Exactly 1 year ago I was diagnosed with IBS made my life so hard. I developed anxiety because people would make fun of me. I started getting depressed and I looked like I was slowly dying. No one likes me I was the loner I would always have stomach issues so I would be in the restroom all the time. Life was horrible I always asked why me. I don’t do nothing to people but all they do is mess with me. I believe God did this to me to make me stronger. I came closer to him and my IBS (which has no cure) is not bad anymore I use to be in the restroom 10 times a day now I’m in there 1-2 times a day. No anxiety and no depression. My life has been hard rn but I’m grateful its not like that anymore

I do recall that many years ago there was a good noble and kind man who tried to persuade many of his generation, to Love one another and he lived what he spoke. Although being a compassionate and loving person, they nailed him to a tree and before he died he said that many others with similar attributes would like suffer similar sorrows. I cannot even begin to describe all the things I've been through in my 36 years. It literally is like something out of a movie or a book, most people wouldn't believe. To list just one, was losing my dad when I was 19, he was shot on the night of his 41st birthday, alone in his home. That has been one of the things I've struggled with the most. Not only the why of it happening, but knowing I am supposed to forgive the ones responsible. And as I said, that's only one thing,...my life has been one thing after the next,.. I used to say things like if not for bad luck, I'd have none. I've learned to stop saying negative things like that. Life is messy, and it certainly is not fair.

I've been an addict for the last 10 years. The last three years I've been out of control and hanging on by the skin of my teeth. Things always work out though and God lets me know that he's here everyday. But it still pisses me off why is there so much suffering why can't the world just be better. Why do I get away with so many things and experience so many miracles and others don't even believe in God. Why do some die and I live. KaeLynn Dean Thank you. God once again let his presence be known. My car broke down a month ago and I could no longer pay rent. I was ready to go to rehab which didn’t work before but my sister said to move in with her. She lives in Las Vegas and I use to live in Jersey. I fly out on March 14th and 2 days later the world shuts down. Instead of being alone or living in a corona infested rehab I wind up in a safer state with few cases. My mom came down with covid she is in a nursing home in Jersey and has already recovered. I have been totally sober for 2 weeks. I’m not even smoking pot anymore cuz my sister er cut me off cuz I was smoking too much lol but honestly it wasn’t doing me favors. I’m learning to say no in front of temptation. It almost feels like my mishaps lead me to better places and maybe I was supposed to fail in Jersey. I never went without. Even toilet paper I never ran out of lol. I’m have truly been blessed and hopefully I can keep moving forward and not crack under the pressure.

I was born again few years ago and i have been robbed 3 times...physically assaulted twice...lost a job..lost my dad at 64 to cancer...and im only 44 at this point. I struggled to understand how all this hurt and bad can come to me. This last robbery this past weekend I just didnt even lose sleep. I said there was no way I was going to deny god because i was wronged. I put in perspective that most people go through hurt..some even worse. I put in perspective the pain and suffering the lord suffered ..all for doing righteous things and being a good person yet was crucified and destroyed by the evil humans of the world. Its all perspective. I dont know why im a good person and bad happens as it does but there must be a lesson i will learn from it if i think long enough. Maybe change a way or two about who I am..etc. I dont know but will know and work on being even better. Nothing compares to the pain our lord felt and that got me through. Perhaps the greatest reward for being as good as one can be yet suffering what seems to be too much..will be in the next life. I cant wait.

I deeply resonate with this. After getting diagnosed with advanced cancer at the age of 29 (and actually having to leave the mission field to return for treatment), I can't express how deeply this valley has formed me. Like Dr. Cabal, I can say that I wouldn't trade all that God has shown me through this valley. If our eyes are on that which is unseen (eternal), then any pain or suffering that draws us closer to the Father and to His purposes, in the end will have been worth it. Not my will, but His be done.

This is how I see good and evil. They're an invention. It's interesting to think the only reason people are kind hearted is because they were passively fed the idea of good and evil. There is no such thing as either. If you're trying to be a kind person, you are also selfish. If you can comprehend why, you're well on your way to figuring out reality, at least in part. Most people who are kind either want something back, or are protecting themselves from pain. How many kind people out there can spout a good thing, but never actually do such? Actions speak louder than words. How many people watch videos on KZbin saying "I'd have stepped in" like they're some immortal god who feels nothing? For instance, even if you did, you will probably be indirectly hurting somebody else. Ultimately, we are all selfish. There are natural forms of genuine selflessness, but we can't consider them "good" either. The bond between a mother and her child for instance, protecting the child, providing for it. It's still selfishness, because the mother is protecting herself from the mental pain it would cause her not to provide for that child. However, regardless, even that bond can snap in time. Moral superiority is not a good thing, it can also lead to what humanity perceives as evil. If we considered them real, they'd at the very least be extremely subjective to the point of being chaos to worry about at all. We are inherently a problem to this world, and to everybody else, no matter how good we are in our lives, because it is impossible to be to the extent we invented, a "good" person.

My question: let's say one suffers the loss of a child. One can hardly expect for that bereaved parent to be open to a realization of who or what they can become because of their suffering. To not to be thankful, and instead long for the rest of their lives to be able to turn back time and reverse what transpired. I do not like the idea that all suffering is about bettering us as human-beings. Because some suffering can result in us never fully being satisfied with the life we're left with post-tragedy. A child's death is a prime example of that. I was told that my way of thinking is wrong for stemming towards a direction of thinking I know better than God. Well, I like to believe that I'm pretty safe in believing that my child living is better than having their one and only precious life snuffed out too soon. Yes, I said "too soon", because we know what is possible. We know that life can be long and joyous and happy. And to have someone's chance at a long, joyous and happy life cut short is the denial of what's possible for them. So, why would I, or anyone for that matter, want to flip it and turn their tragic death into something that can better ourselves through the redemption of suffering their loss?

There is this girl in my village she passed her grade 12 with good marks and was in 2020 , in 2022, she wen ahead and applied to an institution she waited but her name wasn't on the list, she naver gave up she applied to a another institution and she was accepted ,And her parents made it official by paying her fees they did everything and she even went , she was very happy and even me I was happy for her cause I want what's best for her. Now close to a month , her mum sent a text saying "tomorrow you should come back you go apply to another institution" apon seeing the text on her phone , she was shocked and distracted as she was about to go to class . She reached at her Boarding House(BH) . She called her mum they talked and after the call she started packing her stuffs and everyone was shocked and asking Questions " where are you going ? are you coming back ? ".. She parked everything she saw and traveled back home , her mum explained everything that her and her family have discussed that she should apply to other institution as it is cheaper than the one she was at. Now seeing that after everything she had to go through and all the time she has waisted Everything seems to be bad on her part. She thinks God is not there How do I encourage her well?

I am an uncle of two children The older one (25)is the kindest person i know And the younger one(19)is a spoiled brat 2 years ago we were going on a trip on our bikes and they were driving the bikes Suddenly there were a lot of baby ducks crossing the road When the older one saw them he tried to save them by slowing down but je realised it won't work so he struck a tree instead But the younger one thought it was funny about crusing them with his bike and so he accelerated his bike (it had rained a bit before) and SOMEHOW his bike slipped and crashed into a truck which was coming their way. My brother (their dad) survived the crash with minor injuries but his younger son's left hand was broken. He completely recovered from it 3 month's ago. NOW he is not spoiled at all He know that :- "KARMA IS A B*TCH"

Without pain, death, and suffering, goodness is not appreciated and cherished. God will not prevent death and free will to only save someone from relatively irrelevant pain and suffering. There are good and bad forces in this world, and the lord said, the bad forces rain in this dimension. This life is merely a fraction of time to god. The suffering and joy of this world do not compare to the next. God does not care about taking people early because They’re going somewhere extraordinary. Worldly Death and suffering may be irrelevant to an all knowing and eternal being. Perhaps this world is about growth, and everything is set up perfectly to grow our souls if we try. There are more arguments to be made. I obviously do not speak for the creator. I have no clue what is true, but I wanted to put out out a few possible arguments a person may make.

I’m a single father raising my son on a teachers income. I have no help or financial help from my ex. My house just broken into and over $700 was stolen and my keys to my cars, house, work, etc. were stolen. Had to have my car towed out of my garage to the dealership. I paid $300 for a new digits car key. Now the dealership said they cannot program the key and bc the drive train and ignition need to be replaced for $2500! God help me! Where are you?!

The Bible never promises us a good life or immunity from suffering. I'm a Christian for 35 years and have been through unbelievable suffering both physically and health, and emotional. Through it all God has helped me and been there with me even though he hasn't allowed me to escape from it. That's something precious that I needed to see and learn, because circumstances will always be chaotic but knowing God is with me means that I depend on him and not on circumstances.

There was one truth that was suppressed in early Christianity which is the key to unlocking the answer to this question. That simple and basic truth is that a soul takes rebirth and wears a new bodily costume from birth to birth. This explains so many things and helps us to understand the Christian principle of babies who develop cancer and die before even having a chance to fully live a life, people unjustly sent to jail for crimes they didn't commit, or those who have committed crimes and are never sent to jail, and many many other situations that look unfair to us from our limited perspective. Nothing that happens in this world is unfair. Everything is Seed and Fruit, and is 100% accurate. It's dispassionate justice, and automatic. God is not responsible. I am. But he is always there for me to reach out to to help me go through the consequences of my own actions. And many lessons are to be learned in going through the consequences. God is all powerful but is not able to break the law of life by intervening in me receiving the consequences of my own actions and learning the lessons I need to learn to make me a better, more humble person.

My step father has been religious, did the right things in life being a good person and the god awarded him with a baby who looked normal at first but as it grew it turned out to be disabled daughter which is the worst disability that is rare in this world (about 3% in the world population) especially female. She can't talk, walk, eat by her self, chew hard food, go to the bathroom, change clothes on her own, etc and everyday she needs to be treated like a toddler as her body grow bigger, taller and heavier on the wheel chair. He's been searching for ways to help his daughter, but people just didn't care as they only care about themselves and money. Since then he stopped believing in god. She is now about 20+ years old and I feel bad saying this but it's the truth, her mind is still like 3 years old and she needs someone to take care of her 24/7 as she has seizure every now and then. Which requires lots of sacrifice for the person taking care of her and it is exhausting. From this, my step father had to stop what he loved doing and he hasn't been able to enjoy life that he deserves.
