My health anxiety was both learned from both parents and then it manifested at18 and was wishing that my parents would have taken care of me the way I needed. It did get me a lot of attention but it really wasn’t what I needed. 40 years later I think it’s a response to emotional insecurities and it’s a pattern I’ve learned to cope. Scared to give it up yet sick of having it

#1 for me. My mom died from brain cancer when I was 14. Now as a mom I am terrified I am going to go through something similar. Every symptom I feel is a terminal illness coming on. It’s a horrible way to live. Constantly worried I’m at death’s door. Finally getting therapy after 16 years.

It's medical & childhood trauma. It's normal to feel that way. Talk kindly to yourself & thank your mind for being concerned. Tell you mind that you are safe, sound & healthy. Please do not fear cancer. Joe Tippens protocol works for cancer. I know someone who survived brain cancer using frankincense in the roof of her mouth every hr while awake. Frankincense causes your body to make more white blood cells to eat up the cancer.

For me, it all started with a panic attack after doing an edible. I think the effects of the drug mixed with panic attack physical symptoms caused me to feel like I was having a stroke. At the time I thought it was all from the edible and didn't know I was having a panic attack. It took me like 3 days to feel mostly normal and I never touched edibles again. Thought I was fine and then a few weeks later I got up in the middle of the night and felt like I was dizzy and heavy again. Heart started racing, body was numb and tingling. Anyway, over the past year I went to the ER several times, had several ekgs, a CT scan, an mri, echocardiogram, and treadmill test. All say I'm fine but I still struggle with anxiety and physical symptoms. It's awful but I am doing better after finding a nice balance of meds, therapists, and mindfulness body scans. I think my neurotransmitters are still out of whack. Also I had covid for the first time a week before my first panic attack. I don't think that helped. I wish there were reliable tests for neurotransmitters.

Thank you for this video that applies to us all in some way. However, I waited for you to address those of us who have serious health issues that inevitably cause health anxiety. Like OK, what's around the next corner for me. Will it come back, will it take me down. There's no going back or forgetting what you went through. Some of us have had major surgeries that took months and months to recover from. Some have heart issues that run in our family for several generations causing them early "passing" to the next world. (I too very much dislike the word "died" or "death" that's constantly heard in news stories. I mean even precious dogs go "over the rainbow bridge". Just that, seems to shine a positive light at a time of sadness.) 😺 I'm sure there are many of us that were waiting for #11. 🧡

I find that pushing through those difficult times of physical/mental anxiety flare-ups it gets better, but it's not easy. It feels like hell, but I still push through those times of panic by letting it be and not feeding into it I look at it and acknowledge it and let it pass me like a cloud slow and steady and after a while those slow clouds will pass by like cars on the freeway and overtime in the long run, I will be free from anxiety.

I am under SSRI for the treatment of depression and my only reason I combine with anxiety is having a heart attack because my mom passed because of heart failure and I was told by her doctor that this can jump genetically to kids.. amazing right! Best information I could get during my anxiety treatment and now I am listening every single of my heart pumping.. I had times I was literally spending my day by the ER door just in case something happens to me.. this is horrible and my theory is this type of sickness selects the personality for whom care about their loved ones and worry about them because I have friends that are more selfish than me and they have no such a issue.

@4runnerManco4 ай бұрын
Your hyperfocus and hypersensitive from what happened. It's PURE health Anxiety. And you fainted because you got heat exhaustion that lead to heat stroke. That's the reason and trigger as to what has lead you to this. Your dizzy off balance is from a hypersensitive nervous system and constant fight or flight mode. Your just anxious from the experience and feelings its given you head to toe and in your mind. . You are OK. Their is nothing actually physically wrong with you buddy. Every human on earth can easily get faint from heat stroke. . Don't be paranoid or let yourself fall deeper in a cycle. You have pure health Anxiety. . Let your feelings sensations be, let them come like when you notice a cloud, then it passes you don't ever think of it again. . You just have to desensitize yourself from the experience that triggered you in to this. You are and will be Okay. Watch this man's videos, and others similar who explain to you the message of recovery. Your just mentally in a rut and your body is reacting to it as normal causing all these uncomfortable crappy symptoms and feelings. And your Doing 5 things, Fighting, Focusing, frustration, fixing, and fearing. . Your ok. Let it pass.

@@dan123arrsgj5 anxiety can definitely cause you to feel sick and tired all the time. I got my vitamin d to a better level, tried all types of supplements, looked into different types of anemia. Some things do help, check iron, b12, vitamin d. Maybe do some daily electrolytes like emergen c packets.

@@yusufalkilic678 I have also spent days in the ER parking lot, trying to get my heart rate to go down, constantly checking my blood pressure with portable cuff. It all just makes the anxiety worse, heart rate and blood pressure go up. It's a vicious cycle but I am better now. I wish you the best
