I just learned that the voices repeat our negative thoughts. I tried something and it worked. When they said something I forced myself to hear it completely different. Then I tried to make them say what I tell it to say. I have them say what I think so I think positive when they come. And another thing. I only hear them in my house no place else. I turned a argument into a conversation and the Flintstones. We have the power to control them. I asked them not to violate me and leave me alone for 30 minutes and they did.

I get voices in my head but all the voices are mine, it’s like there’s 8 versions of me all debating an issue , it also gets very bad when I’ve done something wrong my mind sits and goes through outcomes and each voice adds to what I could do differently and it eats me up inside, it’s just how I think and I have done it since I was wee , I have conversations with myself about everything like what I’m wearing what I’m going to do after school however it’s like a group discussion, it’s my train of thought it’s like I think of the initial idea and 8 voices add a separate idea in and it helps me structure answers more clearly in school (actually very smart when comes to academics) however the voices turn bad when I’ve done something or feel bad , I attempted suicide and these voices added to it and when I think back I thought nothing of it because it’s how I think and have thought since I was a kid, idk what I meant to say by this comment, I just don’t know what’s wrong with me

I have those voices as well since I was a kid. Sometimes they would be annoying when I'm thinking too much. And they always talking about some 'weird' things. But when I feel depressed they would say anything bad about me. But sometimes they would comfort me like saying "It's ok. You gotta be better than this and bla bla bla" When it get worse I always worried that it could lead me to some mental illness or whatsoever. It feels like I wanna get rid these voices of my head but I don't want to.

I felt as if I was coming back from being unconscious not long ago but must just have been asleep and heard a voice I didn't know saying beautiful things to me. Ive always had auditory hallucinations in some sort by i hear it in my head. It's mostly music but sometimes it's a deep voice saying ''you're so stupid''. I don't hear it like someone is saying into my ear i actually hear inside my head but at a very low volume. My mood is stable and i don't visually hallucinate.

Mr kirk,I have the same issue with the voice inside my head too based on the person that I once knew 2 years ago whose been saying things like that to me all the time which I thought now she doesn't mean,And I tried many ways to get rid of it just by finding suitable videos that'll suit this problem and I tried every method I can to make the unwanted voice go away so thst I can free my mind and myself from it's hellish conversations so I can stay more in touch with reality but It still keep happening again and again and again and again until I feel like I really under its control but I'm not giving up until I'm in much more control of my own mind by thinking that my own positive thoughts had been covered up by bad negative falsities that has no meaning to it and telling myself numerous times that my body is not a mind,I am a mind,My mind is not in control of me,I'm in control of my own body and mind,So I watched your video that explains how to fire that unwanted bad voice that's been babbling falsities this whole time and I owe you a thank you for it so I found a way to rid of that voice myself with my own method,Thank you and have a blessed day!

I have 4 people that have conversations with me. I have names for them too. They are 2 sets of couples that say they are my neighbors because that's how I assumed it in the beginning (thank goodness I never went and knocked. How crazy would I look??) They don't understand why we can't meet in the physical. Nor can I. But I know their personalities and mood points. We've even talked about us being in other dimensions. They always tell me how cool I am and that they love me and admire me so much. It's really too much. I don't take compliments well anyway.
