Bro, I'm 25. I've wasted my entire college life trying to persue a gaming career. No luck, so now No job. I've started and quit coding manytimes for the past 5years! Trying to stick to coding cuz I got a cs degree and thats the only way to get a job for me at this point. I've recently started coding dedicatedly and was looking if I should go for development or dsa to strengthen my logic building skills. This time I'm trying to be more strict to myself and giving myself a 6month window to learn and get used to the concept of coding. Then I came across you today while i was searching about dsa, Your videos are GREAT! Detailed and to the point. Keep it up bro! Also any suggestions for me? I know a lil bit of Html, css, JS and Python. Confused if i should dedicate 6months to learn NextJs or DSA. Short term goal is to get any kind of tech job(if possible after the 6months timeframe), Long term : FAANG.

Bro - don't be too hard on yourself, everything happens for a reason! 25 is super young and I've seen people switch into coding at like 40 years only and still be successful here in the Bay Area. Related to "6months to learn NextJs or DSA" - it all depends if your able to land interviews. Where are you based and are you able to land interviews? I think building real projects will help get you interviews and doing DSA will mostly just help you get a job.

Building real projects is better than DSA but DSA is still very important and if you have enough time do BOTH haha :)
