Ohmygosh this is why orthotics never help me. It just puts more pressure on that bone and hurt like crazy! I need help with my tibia and hips before an orthotic support will do any good! Sheesh!

Going to keep this in mind, because I have a tendency to choose to stand on the outer sides of my feet because I feel like it's a relief, but maybe it's kind of correcting the posture of the bones from the hips down. 🤔 I don't have hEDS, but am hypermobile enough to be causing me problems.

Hi Cocono, it does sound like your body is trying to help itself. I give a lot of explanations in my videos so I hope you find them useful. You don't need to have EDS to have all the issues that come with hypermobility.😃🦓🪐

I have to stand on the sides of my feet too, & orthotics absolutely kill my feet. Currently I can barely walk.

This was explained perfectly thank you. I’m currently going through this and It’s is a mind folding crippling feeling hurts so bad. So how did you go about fixing it ?

Hi I have plenty of videos for the lower leg to help with dorsiflexion. I have also just posted a new video for taping the heel to help with this. If things are too jammed up you may need the help of an experienced therapist to mobilise the ankle followed be doing the exercises to keep it moving. You will also need to be aware of how the hip moves and influences everything down the chain.🙂🦓🪐
