Why do so many people want to live in the Pacific Palisades Highlands?

I went as a teenager with my dads cousin to check out some homes in that area in 1980. They were looking to sell their house in Van Nuys but they decided not to buy there and to this day he still lives in the house in Van Nuys. This area in the Pacific Palisades is absolutely gorgeous!! A well planned out area!! Wished that my plans had worked out to live down there but when you’re a type 1 diabetic it’s hard to get down there to work and start a life and hopefully stay down there. I couldn’t find a sponsor who could come up with $100,000 to be held until I could prove myself. Oh well, that was a long time ago and now that I’ve hit 60 I can’t do much about it anyways. I moved to Vancouver and still get to breathe the sea air and go to a beach. It’s not a California beach but it’s the best we have in Canada. Thank you for this video. It brought back some beautiful memories. 🥰

Thank you for the suggestion! We did surveys and got mixed input: some prefer shorter and others like deeper and longer...so we've tried to mix it up a bit. Also, many of our blogs and videos are directly in response to inquiries that are often specific, so shorter is sufficient.
