Thank you, Dr. Shim. This is one of the best and simplest explanations on youtube. I am having consistent pain in the cervical/upper back since last one year. And I'm very stressed because of that. I watched several videos on your channel, and I was able to understand. I am a strong believer that body has ability to heal itself and I am willing to bear the pain and be patient. However, I just want to know what exactly is wrong in my cervical region, and how can I track the progress of the self-healing process. I watched the videos on Herniated disc and also the bulging. My question is, how can I find out which one is it? I'm only 30 yr old. Software programmer & my day to day is 8-10 hrs in front on computer :( Previously I did strength training and I was proud to be able to do lift good weights in Deadlifts (150 lb) and bench press (50lb) one year ago. But now even lifting 2 lb dumbbell causes pain in upper back. Since the lock-down, I stopped going gym 1 yr ago and I have seen symptoms of tingling in upper back, and pain that radiates from neck/shoulders and head (back of ear), and sometimes in the front towards the rib cage. I feel I have lost all my muscle strength and also I feel weak.Please advice.

yes i see my MRI shows a lot of ligamentum flavum thickening pressing on the exiting nerves.
@darylsmioth19042 жыл бұрын
What can they do for that? My MRI showed the same thing as you and have been curled up in bed for the last two months. Have an appt to see the surgeon Jan 27th. Tried everything like PT, steroid injections etc etc and nothing works.

@@darylsmioth1904 due to my age factor 37, doctors are not sending me for surgery. its really painful to live with ligament compressing my nerves and both legs cold as ice. i discovered a new temprary trick to improve my condition. I use a brand new plunger tool and pull my skin in the lower back. it creates distance between the nerves and i have half of my mobility restored.
