The point is, not everyone studies the books like Al-Kafi. What we are talking about is your leaders, not the general public. We do not blanket the whole community. But if in particular, a person has such and such beliefs as he mentioned, then this is indeed blasphemous by itself and not worthy to be under the fold of islam.
