why do ugly women attract hot men?

how DO ugly women attract rich, handsome, successful men? is there something that they know, that we don’t? or is it simply that these women, (though they may not be great beauties by today’s unrealistic beauty standards) are not ugly at all? and in actual fact, are extremely ATTRACTIVE in their own way? after all, beauty is subjective. what one person thinks is stunning, another may think is average at best. and what’s more - looks alone are not enough to carry a relationship. what’s more attractive than your physical appearance? humour. confidence. empathy. kindness. creativity. personality. none of these qualities have anything to do with what you look like physically, and yet they can make you very, very attractive. perhaps the reasons why ‘ugly’ women attract hot men, is because they are not ugly at all.

I’ve always hated the “ugly but good-hearted” stereotype too. Men sometimes want a perfectly behaved woman and sometimes assume the “ugly” women will fit that role (as if “ugly” women will do anything to keep a man). I’m “ugly” and I’ve had men get frustrated with me for having flaws, bad days, and limitations (like any normal human has). It’s frustrating and for a long time I walked on eggshells to try to be “good” to make up for being “ugly”. I tried to not take up any space to make up for being fat. It was exhausting and stupid. When he showed some photos to some of his sisters, they said he could've done so much better and I was one of the most unattractive woman they had ever seen. I think women, that have been told they are ugly since childhood/teenage years , learn very quickly to not rely on their looks and naturally spend more time improving their intelligence, sense of humor and making career, finding hobbies. Also I can imagine how attractiveness can be a burden, because you often don't really know, if a person truly loves you or they only like your looks and will vanish as soon as you become visually unattractive (same with being rich and/or famous). Recently my ex broke up with me due to several reasons, but one of the main reasons I was told by someone, was because his mom and his friends told him he deserves someone who's more attractive, they think of him in a Godly way because he's very attractive and that he deserves someone like him and to meet the beauty standards, and that me on the other hand don't fit the beauty standards at all. He was really attracted to my personality and thought I was pretty. But his mind changed when his mom and friends interefered because they were afraid of his 'image' in public with me, and so it got to him. Now he regrets it so much and he's trying to hard to get me back, and of course I said no.

And also, there are situations when you meet someone who doesn't seem instantly attractive, but then you listen to them, watch their face, watch their behaviour, their actions, and you begin to like them so much that you start being physically attracted to them. And then their eyes and their smile and their whole shape become the most beautiful in the whole world - no matter what they look like - and you've no idea how on Earth you didn't notice that radiant beauty straight away. 😊

It's very possible that they legitimately find their spouses very appealing physically. They probably find them more appealing than perhaps most of us do. And all I'm saying is that I think it's nice that that's the case and that those men are not restrained by the typical beauty standards. They probably see beauty in very atypical features....

I'm an average looking woman and when I got with my ex, who was more attractive than me, people literally would tell him there were girls in IG that looked better than me, many people assumed I "trapped" him somehow. The scrutiny and the evil looks I got whenever we were in public was too much for me and we broke up

i feel like, people tend to forget that looks only last you for few years and we all get old and wrinkly. But personality stays, who would not want someone you can laugh with and have deep conversations with. That isn't bound to good or "ugly" looks, This is in us. Everyone can build and work on themselfs from the inside and enrich what we have and add more to it. Looks on the other hand are just the outer shell.

I get the intensions behind the video HOWEVER it seems like the message also is that good looking girls have nothing more to them...also, sounds like you said that those guys cheated on their good looking partners because said partners did have anything else to offer except their looks...pretty shocking.
