I brush my teeth twice a day. I floss after eating, see dentist to clean my teeth every 3 months, yet I always have gum disease and bad breath . :( . It’s like there is super bacteria there that I cannot get rid of

One among my members of the family is struggling with foul breath. Her mouth can be closed as well as the smell comes through her nose. How long until the mouthwash chlorhexidine stain your teeth I was prescribed this but I heard it stains the teeth ? I have a tooth that was done over with compound a front tooth I don’t want it stained

it's the most retarded idea ever. you don't need someone to tell you that removing scraps of food from between your mouth will clear your gum disease and have much healthier gums. I started flossing and got rid of gum disease after 2 weeks.

Thank you so much for that. Some really useful information especially the bits on the tonsils that I use to get years and years ago. I don't get any now because I have had a tonsillectomy. I was one who never used to look after my teeth but I do now and it is easy now to clean them because I just take them out to do it. Just kidding. Thank again.
