In my current org i am using Cypress so if in case i want to switch should explain Cypress or should I learn selenium so that I can at least give a interview for basic questions

Hi Sir, I have one question, please help me. In our project we are using Cypress with Cucumber, while I'm running all tests in Headless mode, getting Error-- Fatal Error: Reached Heap memory allocation - JavaScript out of memory issue . for this what I need to do. I have tried many ways to increase heap memory size using Environment variables and Set Heap size command,but nothing is working.. please help
