Thank you Mary, Martin and Patrick for a rich discussion. I left school early and drifted through workforce and in my late thirties was longing to do something creative that also helped others. My 2 years immersed in the arts made me feel alive like at no other. I wasn't just a mind any more, I experienced spirit, heart and soul. I can sense what is true, rather than following. I suppose that's why Mao destroyed burnt books and destroyed art during the 'cultural revolution '. Thank you 3, you are so inspiring ❤❤❤

On the Professors claim that “culture belongs to everyone,” many would agree with him. The problem is the monetization of culture is allowed by one group above all else. In which universe is it ok that the purveyor of your own culture with no reference and little appreciation of it make the most money off of your culture while you get mocked and socially ostracized for engaging in your own culture. THIS is the issue of cultural appropriation.

Humanities is a great subject to learn........ but it not worth going into debt that you can't claim bankruptcy on. College is a luxury for the rich. The college liberal elite don't want poor kids to be educated.
