My dad is an alcoholic and he abuses my mom most of the time. Don't worry, my mom gives head to head competition to my dad. In my entire life, Father and I never had a good tea talk. So basically he never responded to my emotions. While my mom is really caring and obsessed of me( which turned out be toxic in many ways). Both are short tempered and I'm completely opposite of them. I'm very calm and composed. I'm almost 24 years now and they still keep on fighting for simple reasons. I literally laugh whenever they start to abuse each other and I trust me, others would have been in depression if they had such parents. My brother and sister also quite short tempered. But I'm completely different. Seems that they adopted me..... Out of box 😭😂😂😂😂 POV: Two people are flirting with each other in the reply section.🫠💀

Though I m 21 nd never been in any romantic relationship but observing my parents , environment nd my friends I slowly realized that whole relationship depends on passion , mutual respect nd understanding . We should prefer character more than someone's face nd their charm. Edit - some people r commenting me on still being single as if it is something weird... lol . This thing, 'relationship with parents defining the way our mind grows' is real. I mean, I've grown up in an environment where my parents were super strict regarding things like studies and behaviour. I was not allowed to cry and be stubborn for any and every thing. And, I like those kids or people who're having good educational mind according to their age. One example is, I had memorised tables till 30 while I was 4½ aur abhi mere chhote chhote cousins 12 se aage tak ka yaad hi nahin kar paate hain, and I get annoyed at this.

Many girls are being diplomatic. Let me tell you the real thing. The main thing is that being nice and having a gentle behavior has always been a feminine trait. Men always were made to show themselves as rough tough, cold hearted type, bossy type. Sakth! This is in-built in girls psyche. So when they see a boy ,who is a nice guy, has a gentle personality, wo unhe kam mard lagne lagte hai. Because soft and kind attitude ladki se hi expect krte hai log. Ladko se ni. Ladke kre toh Wo manliness ni dikhti ladkiyon ko Phir unme. I have heard girls saying - AREY BHUT LADKI TYPE HAI. And this sentence is enough for girls to simp after BAD BOYS. Therefore they go after those bad boys, fuck boys type jo pair ki juti banake rkhe, ekdum harshness ke sath behave kre, kabir singh type, because that's how women have always been treated so they think its obvious. Ladko ko aise hi hona hi chiye. But its too late when you realise that having a nice guy is such a blessing ❤️ P.S- not all girls are like this. But as bad as it might sound, majority aisi hi hai. Atleast maine apne life me jitna dekha hai, out of 10, 8 girls are like this.

For people who want want to know more about Oedipus Myth. This was taken from a greek play called Oedipus. He was abandoned by his parents when they came to know from the oracle that he would kill his own father. Baby Oedipus was taken in by the king and queen of another kingdom. Growing up he heard rumors of how he was adopted. He went to the oracle to know the truth and she said that he would kill his father and marry his own mother (why even go to oracle?) Then fearing he would be faced with that situation, our Oedipus runs away and yes you guessed it right, goes to the kingdom of his real parents and kills his real father due to his ego. He becomes the king because he defeated a monster and obviously gets the queen of the land i.e. his real mother. And yes, he had 2 kids with her.

Beaing an adult child there is lot of expectations from child by the parents ro sacrifice for theirs younger siblings are sometime frustating, and also sometimes it you feel so biased. What your younger siblings are doing, are ok for them but if u do the same it becomes the matter of concern or offensive. Since childhood I just have seen my parents finding drawback in me although beening most available at the time they need. Oppoising even the smallest decision like doing pony, going outside the house, choosing career of my own, and many more which is normal things for my siblings and no one opposes them. These all thing make child distance from their parents .. why so high expectations 🥺

But remember one thing y'all, these self claimed "good boys" who always victimize themselves also do it to manipulate you. Those guys who are actually good know their worth really well, they don't need to make themselves known by always crying that they don't get a girl despite being good, these are called pick me guys (I know pick me girls exist too but it's about guys here so don't even come at me w that). imatured ppl like bad boys thats it . however i dont agree ki father emotionally unavailable hai abusive hai toh unki betiyan aise bande dhundegi .. dude i think woh jada matured or SATARK ho jati hai they no more tolerate such men . i really didnt like this video i watched half couldnt see more. ambitious girls always prefer good men and men with money :P jo imature or bollywood kabir singh duniya mai rehti h . they only fall for such trap

Bro, she's obviously done some research before making the video. Your subconscious mind and conscious mind works different. Most women consciously know they'll get hurt but they're subconsciously attracted to these men because of familiarity. What is familiar feels safe. You'll find multiple videos from the psychological pov. Don't unnecessarily bash someone for making educational content. I agree that women who grew up in abusive circumstances would be extra cautious, but the video sheds light on how childhood and abuse shapes adult relationships. It's very real.

Wow.. I just realised one thing... growing up, my dad was indeed a lot dependent on my mom. And I too was brought up in such a way that I must be protective over my baby bro, like a 2nd mom. I ended up attracting such people only. Who rely a lot on me as I was raised to be a pretty reliable & independent kind (long story short: a nice, polite girl). So I had trouble asking for help & such. Now Ig I need to change that

All my ex girlfriends had either an abusive or an absent father. They all liked me (assuming on the basis of few experiences) only because of my forward bending character and machivellianist (dominating) nature. And left me when I denied to change. Therefore, my answer to the question "why girl likes bad boys?" Is - because they want to turn them into good boys and have control over them. Not necessarily does it have a negative meaning but generally to girls out there having control over their "otherwise uncontrollable partners" brings the most power and satisfaction. Girls please tell if you agree or not

This makes so much sense now. Because i met someone like my father. He had the same patriarchal mindset, he does have a modern thinking but just for a show. He had similar behaviour like my dad like doing things that he's adviced not to do and always ready to fight, and he's kinda narcissistic too. My dad do have some good qualities and he was the same but can't be good partner because of many things. Like there a saying that my dad believes in "women needs to sacrifice in order to adjust". And once that guy said almost the same Also my dad was quite handsome in his time so maybe my mom just accepted because of that. Because i also stayed with that guy for like 10 months just because he's too handsome 🙂

Girl you have to break this chain and become the "exceptional" one. Even my father is just like this but I always want to be in a "good guy's" relationship, so you need to change this trait in you !!
@kdjoshi726 Жыл бұрын
Exactly. My dad was actually pretty avoidant type. He'd hide a lot of things from my mom so that would make my mom a lot suspicious of him. I ended up pulling such guy also. Tho Ik the reality of my father as he shares that often with me & my bro, but hiding things from your spouse will def make them trust you less. Also that he had a lack of respect for my mom. And that kinda showed by the way he treated my mom. I ended up with such a guy also. He shared a few things with me in the beginning but also ended up distancing himself. He'd share a lot less, so I'd constantly doubt him. Also that we were just dating, not in a committed relationship so it made me question his loyalty a lot. In the end he broke things off. He had same kind of tendencies like my dad. Also that yes he looked a lot like my dad but fun fact: I saw a pic of his mom & my gosh, my side profile matches a lot with his mom. Guess he too ended up falling for a girl who looked like his mom, or well atleast a motherly girl lmao as I do have those tendencies tho honestly that's just the reliable big sister in me.

My dad is a true gentleman,but I didn't had an emotional connection with him(because he was away earning in abroad for providing us a better life), and I fall in love with an extremely toxic, insulting, egoistic and possessive guy (although I broke away from that loope, n he is a much better person now), but I am still wondering why I chose him because I can't agree with your logic.

Daddy issues is the reason why women prefer us tall people,when they were a kid they would have had to look up to her father which is like an authoritative figure,and for men 190cm+ most girls have to look up to us Being tall gives so much head start in dating life

As I have seen my dad is really nice dad to me he does everything for me as I'm the only daughter he have also I was born after mom had her first miscarriage so I was very loved by my dad and my grandparents but the things I hate is that mom deserve to be more loved and respected!!! Mom does everything for my dad and my grandparents she never talk back or complain. And they take that as granted!!!! I feel like they should have been thankful to mom for doing so many things for us .. being housewife is even more harder than independent women. She can't say anything because she is not financially independent women. She can't complete her studies because my maternal grandmother used to be very sick and my mom had to do everything. She had to take care of the house and cook too at young age . Whenever I imagine all this everytime I feel I was just lucky that I had opportunities to become financially independent and chase my dreams. She got married at the age of 18 whereas my dad was 25 . She was too young but she didn't had any option she had to be matured because of situations. She was best daughter who took care of her mother. Nowadays I got so busy I couldn't talk with her or spent time with her ... She would have felt scared at that age so she never complaint and use to listen whenever my grandparents scold mom . I do feel sorry for her . My dad never abuse my mom but still I guess he don't show that much affection she deserves. My mom and dad both have gone through their own struggles and I respect that but they made themselves so strict emotionally and mentally that now they don't show any emotions . They talk very practical because of which I have to force myself to be strong and think practically hiding all the pain and emotions. I can't get that emotional affection and care . I need someone who can encourage me . Who can say it's okay to cry and not to pretend to be strong. Someone who can support me emotionally and understand mental health issues. Being strong is good thing , being pratical is also good thing but that doesn't mean we have to stop feelings things and gave emotions less value. We all are humans and feeling emotions is part of us and it's valid .

Girls want their partner who resembles their "father's image"...but in my case, it's totally opposite..honestly my father is super toxic, abusive and dominating. I will also aware in the future that if a person resembles my father's image then the person is not made for me. I just want a person who respect me and my decisions...that's all I want !!

Growing up, my mom dad had an arrange marriage, and I used to stay with my grandparents, aaj bhi jabhi dadi ko yaad karta hu, aankho mein aasu aate, and my grandfather has to be the worst person I have ever met in my entire life. No support, No talks, just gave me money and brought me food. And my relationship with my parents is also not very good. When I was small, both used to work for their livelihood and for themselves. Im 24 now, and still I dont talk openly with my dad. Coz he always gets angry, anxious and always does what he thinks is best. On the other hand, mom is a little bit compassionate and strict towards me by the way I behave with her. which is a weird thing to be around, for me. I just want to say just analyze and know yourself and then create the best version out of yourself, so that, your friends and people around you get inspired in a good and motivated way. So, this video, for me, was very eye opening. Thank you BigBrainco❤️ and Rj Palak ji.❤️
