Keep doing microneedling monthly. With rf or without but best mixed. Severe cases you will likely need more than 10 sessions. If u wanna achieve perfectly smooth and even skin, you will need more than 20 sessions or likely 30 sessions. Ice pick scars just do tca cross on ur own at home. Don't waste time and money with fractional lasers it doesn't work
