tysm for this video! really gave me the reassurance I needed. but why is it that my weight is somewhere around 56.5 kgs in the morning but after I eat breakfast and drink about 2 litres of water ( and urinate all that out ) and measure my weight again somewhere in the afternoon before lunch, it’s 57.6 kgs! Like I gained up to 1.1kg be cuz of my breakfast which was only 3 idlis… can u tell me why?

Sir please reply am really confused ..mera morning main jo waight hota h night tk 1 kg baad jata h ....am on very strik diet I lost waight am 86 now am 77 I lost this one and half month but today in morning my wai waight is 77.4 and at night I'll check mhy waight it's 79.1 I'll never cheat in mhy diet ..i drink 3 litter of water in day .so what is the reason for this waight fluctuate

This because of consumption of water and electrolytes like salt .. it's also called water weight....

Lol water weight is actually pretty simple. You drink and piss a lot. I have a really big bladder and I use the fuck out of it so my perception of average may be skewed but gallons are heavy and we all end up drinking a lot of them. especially if someone's trying to get their body right water consumption goes up. Lol it's pretty simple
