Nah, Kokushibo takes the win easily. Except Akaza, he's the only one really using real fighting techniques and he has been around for wayyy longer, and training for wayyy longer. And he uses slayers skills infused with his demon blood, and has a permanent mark and is able to use permanently the (idk the name in English bit that thing where he can see through skin) as well Douma is strong mainly because of his powers, that are troublesome for humans because of the air and freeze, yet these don't apply to a demon since only a nichirin blade, Muzan or the sun are really lethal threats for him Imo the gap between upper 2 and upper 1 is so massive it shouldn't be discussed; whereas Kokushibo vs Muzan would be more interesting to discuss

At first thought the combined upper ranks might win but when gave a more thoughts: upper 6 and 5, most of their attacks focus on poison which don't affect Koko. Upper 4 has clones even if the combine clones into one, koko demon art would just slice him. He can hide but Koko has transparent world ability and upper 4 would be defeated. Upper 3 is more into hand to hand combat, easily become slices of sashimi. Upper 2 has ice but won't work even Koko would inhale them and imagine he can easily slice the ice. They would need to gang him up all the way if they want to put up a good fight.

I am think about a theory which is: -Tanjiro and Nezuko are immune to Sun through which Muzan can resurrect and gain immortality. During Sengoku period, Yorrichi and michikatsu are twins who share the same blood. Kokushibo would absolutely slaughter each and every single one of them without a second thought. The first to go down is Gyoko. Next on the list is Hantengu because even if Jit is able to split into his other forms those would get cut down with minimal issue. Akaza has challenged Kokushibo in the past and got his a** folded like a lawn chair with no issue. Dakin and Gyutaro would be difficult but only because of their "need to be decapitated at the same time" condition but I doubt Kokushibo couldn't work around that. Douma is dangerous but unless we see him go serious and not play around he'll get folded just like the others
