Not sure how much of it is actually “hate,” but rather that each one represents a missed opportunity for a car people know from real life and can relate to, and may never be able to drive nor afford in real life.

I hate them because they're absolutely useless. They serve no real purpose and they take away from real cars that actually NEED to be in the game

It’s not that I hate VGT cars VGT cars are cool but it’s just the lack of content they add such as cars that we actually need in the game and they need to put more of the classic gt tracks in the game, GT fans all want some new tracks in the game but they keep giving us cars that nobody is really asking for, anyways I would love GT7 to come out with a few new or classic gt tracks and also cars that people want in the game

Chris, my main gripe with the hybrid or full electric VGTs, in particular, is that they run out of power too quickly. I've raced a couple and they died before the race finished. Well, people may say that F1 and LM: cars use regen, but having a car that is fully electric without adequate range is something which does not appeal to me at all.

I agree. The problem is with most race settings have fuel multiplier too high.

I race in VR so I enjoy the VGT cars. The thing is players have to use the custom race option to get more use out of the cars. Lastly, I understand players wanting more tracks and GT cars but in reality PD gives these updates for free so personally I can’t get mad at them for any additional content. I paid $65 dollars for GT7 and I can’t think of any similarly priced purchase that has given more value. Gamers can be a bit winey and spoiled in my opinion.

The problem is that it takes a long time to put a single car in GT. Nothing wrong with VGT’s in general as they are cool design studies for manufacturers to implement into the game but when a three car update comes, people get hyped about some desirable cool road cars coming only to get a useless fictional car taking up that valuable space. IMO VGT’s should be added as part of larger updates. Say an update with five or more cars. You could have four cool cars that people would actually thank PD for and the fifth could be the VGT, at least that way people would be less pissed.

I quite enjoy the VGT cars. I'm a fan of concept cars, which is essentially what they are. Sure, some of them aren't great to drive, but some are a lot of fun, so I always give them a chance.

Once you drive them in VR they are MORE than amazing experiences for all car loving ppl. I get that it's quite an expensive way to enjoy them, but it is as it is.

I agree with many previous comments. Theyre cool looking cars for certain but we dont need so many. Most of them are not fun to drive. They need to add cars in real life circuts. Why only 2 trucks many more they should have. They should have more realistic lables for the cars proam gtd lmp etc....I could easily go on but the vgt seris to me is more a waste than a bouns.

VR redeems the Vgt cars tremendously (at least those that have an interior). I would, however, prefer real race cars whether modern or historic.

I love the vgts. I want all the cars not just the ones I can already see on the road. I like seeing whats imagined and operating every possibility. They add diversity, creativity and maybe even the ability to test innovation. VR takes it even further. Even car shows some let you touch some cars, here you sit in it and drive anyway you want. I've enjoyed even driving the electrics for a different experience. I want ALL the toys!!

Id love to have the R51 and D40 Nissans in this game for tracks like Fishermans Ranch and Windmills but they chose things like the Bvlgari or the underpowered Subaru VGT instead. I will say the Subaru should have been a 675 HP or more VGT. Its drop dead sexy with NO BALLS.

I like the Mazda VGT because it is good for farming 700 and 800 tracks on IM tires, so you don't have to worry about the weather. I don't hate the rest of them, but only thing I'd rather have a VGT over is an electric car so an electric VGT is just the worst for me. I can appreciate any open cockpit car for VR though, so that trumps any other complaints for me and I don't even have VR. All 3 of the cars this month were in the car leak list from June 22 so nobody who has been paying attention should really be worked up about any of these cars being released.

italdesign automotive projects are more of a real world concept cars, however GT still missed the mark. We are missing many great cars and when you have a watch manufacturer taken a spot it's a shame.

I absolutely despise the VGT cars. It's obvious that the game developers are ignoring the lame U.I. and rewards system.

I don't hate them. I just dislike that they take up the space that a real-world car could take. One which we could relate to or even own ourselves. My biggest hate is having VGT's mixed in with real cars in offline races. Totally immersion breaking.

It's the feel when you drive, you look at all the aero say on a Group1 car and you know you'd get tons of speed and grip. Then you jump on to vgt like the skoda and looks like you'd have very little grip but it goes faster than your group cars. It breaks the realism sort of.

I can't really see a reason to like them, they cost over a million credits... You can't use them in most races. Some are useless. I want more every day cars, there's loads missing and yet we keep on getting these shit boxes.

For me, it’s because I’m very disappointed with the lack of new tracks. VGT cars just highlight PD being out of step with the majority of their customers when it comes to which developments they prioritise.
