The reason why it rains is because it replaces the used water 🚿 💧 💦 that has previously been used from the reservoir. When it rains 🌧️ ☔️ heavily, it causes flooding on roads 🛣️ 🛣️ and into homes 🏠 🏡 and businesses. It’s terrible 😞 😢 😣 when it happens and it upsets 😠 😢 😭 people. 👍
