Jeezy didn't scrap the song, he scrapped Kanye's verse. Kanye asked can he keep & use the verse & adlibs for "Can't Tell Me Nothing", Jeezy agreed, the rest is history....

@@ThaKing01I was speaking on how Jeezy & Kanye came to work together on I Got Money & Can't Tell Me Nothing. Originally, Kanye was supposed to be featured on I Got Money. Jeezy didn't feel Kanye's verse fit the song & respectfully declined Kanye's verse. Kanye told Jeezy he wanted to take the verse, make his own song of it & asked Jeezy if he could use his adlibs on the song (Can't tell me nothing). Jeezy agreed, the rest is history.

I thought it was Jeezy already had the song with T.I. and wanted to put Kanye on it so sent it to him and when he got it back Kanye’s verse had the woman’s voice bits on and sounded too different to the rest of the song so Jeezy didn’t put it on his album and Kanye asked if he could have it then asked if he could keep the ad-libs.
