Lifestyle choices affect us a lot as we age. Good to know Jennifer Lopez chose healthy choices early in life and I hope GenZ and older generations learns from her. Indeed the ball is in our court. Kudos to her as she age less and stay young. We just need to embrace nature foods which i also call God's whole meal and move for fitness, being intentional with what goes into our body, i.e eating for nourishment, also being intentional about moving for fitness will go a long way. In all your fitness activities, don't leave out Yoga because your longevity depends on it.

She is beautiful, and I'm sure she works very hard on her physique, but she also has had plastic surgery and botox and fillers and all kinds of other expensive treatments done. Does that take away from her beauty? Not really...still beautiful, but there's nothing natural about. I wish people would just be honest.
