Hello, I am NC-40 in MAC. However, I have a problem. You mentioned matching the foundation shade with the neck, but my neck is the darkest part of my body due to acanthosis nigricans (darkened neck). My face isn’t the same color all over either - my forehead is darker than my cheeks. When I buy a shade that’s one shade lighter than my cheeks, it appears grey on my forehead. Similarly, when I match a shade to my forehead, it looks too dark on my cheeks. I also have some discoloration around my mouth and under my eyes, but I can usually cover that with concealer.And I am tight on budget too.... OK now ,the main issue is selecting a foundation shade that works with these differences. Please help!
