I'm using tumeric powder with rice flour for itchiness (tumeric known for its antibacterial properties) but I don't want to use only tumeric since its herb category and the concentration of using only herb can be high and too drying, so I add rice flour and mix it with water until it become thick paste before apply on the area.. I don't use any measurement though, at least in my case, it works, just give the solution some time to work itself out. @@baidikakim477 yes I faced the same problem but now I change my pad after every 3 to 4 hours (sometimes if flow is heavy then more frequently) and always wash before adding a new pad. Also trim your hair before your date. If possible you can switch to cotton pads but it for me it becomes messy. Also don't worry if sometimes you are lasy to change or wash because sometimes circumstances are like that but try to do these things it will make you feel good about yourself.These some measures has made my life much easier 😍😍. Have safe periods!! 💜💜
