I'd suggest reading up on Internal Family Systems Theory/Therapy to HSPs struggling to leave a toxic relationship. I'm not saying it'll work for everyone, but it's a very powerful way of approaching the human psyche. I've found Martha Sweezy's _Internal Family Systems Therapy for Shame and Guilt_ to be an invaluable read. Find a way to leave. You deserve better. :)

I suggest if possible, keep away from the narcissist. Don’t react to their provocation. In fact…. Don’t react to them at all 😊
