My grandma used to say …. Hechando a perder se aprende!- messing up you learn !! And I guess is cus when something is in your head and you try and is not what you expected, you learn of what will go better cus you learn ( in this case) dark was not the best way to go 😉 so don’t punish yourself because you mess up we all do at one point ☺️😉

The cream is much better. But the victorian woodwork is not appropriate to the style of your house. 1920s was craftsman style. More sleek and far less fussy.

Were those Milkweed flowers? If so, PLEASE do not cut those again. That is the plant that Monarch butterflies lay their eggs 🥚 😢 on the back of the leaves. Monarchs are endangered. Maybe you can add more Milkweed plants to your yard?
