Why drones need ND filters | DJI FPV example

In this video I'm testing the difference between using and ND filter vs no ND filter on my DJI FPV drone. It's all about the cinematic motion blur and the 1/50s shutter speed.

Great video! They really do make a big difference especially with the DJI fpv quad in my experience. I flew mine this morning and forgot to bring my filters and the video looks like crap lol

Anytime I put my filters on. I get gimble Errors because the ND filters are so big that they cause the Gimble not. To reach full capacity on rotation up and down

Hello. I get the same thing but I don't really go to the extremes with the pitch. I keep it between 25 an 30 deg. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!

Hello. Sorry 😉. The point is to have 1/50s shutter speed in order get the natural looking motion blur and for this reason we need ND filters otherwise the image would be too bright. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!
