In India, most educated people (especially in south India) are taught and are brought up to do jobs (in fact, we are not here on earth to do jobs alone, we should explore all angles of life and one's potential) Moreover educated people are used to this job-doing, slavery mentality, so-called secure mentality. Business is definitely risk-taking. Provided some people have ethics that their products and solutions are against society welfare and so they do not take up wrong businesses.
