I studied in srm delhi ncr and fees was 8 lakhs for 4 years back in 2017and lol the same btech for chennai was 20 lakhs but whats the use when you will get placed in it for just 3.5 to 5 lakhs. So I prefered delhi campus since its affordable and didnt find it as waste of money

For this problem i have one solution but i know no one will agree so here is the solution if we all engineers somehow get connected and do a strike against private companies for a fair pay say around min 22000 then only we will work for private companies then we can solve this but in india we go for 8k ,9k, 12k, 15k even if we know our real worth is more than this

I aggre with you but companies have another option they hire low educated people's who actually not come from any technical background and company gives them some week or days training to learn about production work (I'm talking about core branch companies (except IT companies) these people's treat like a worker and company pay them vey loe salery start from 8k , and other hand in management level they hire their relatives or refferal people's. In short for field work they hire non tech and low educated people's just 10th pass sometimes and in management level they create dictetorship

Also many engineers from such colleges lack knowledge and skills so as a recruiter why would I pay more for a fresher for whom I have to spend on extra training and not even know whether he/she will improve or stay in the company too...when they improve their skills

@@ichigobane1373 they should train them it's their responsibility, but this training is lacking from college itself , if they don't train freshers one day no civil engg will exist, the most idle solution for this problem will be there should be three shifts in civil engineering field due to which many freshers can learn a lot and many people will get job too.

@@sachin-ry7zr There are 3 major flaws in this - 1.The education system... Especially the private institutions.. take students. From everywhere.. and in govt institutions the people who get through reservations which means there are students who are not at all good for engineering get into engineering and hence the struggle in Understanding the basics and are not upto the mark ... So these students make the masses which are substandard from an employer point of view.. so as a person who is running a company for generating profit that is private sector why will I employ someone with below average capacity for learning and spend money and time for his/ her training... 2. The private institutions and even many govt institutions sadly also lacks infrastructure and training facilities ... So the students who actually deserve better can't get what they deserve because well Govt gave licenses to any so called institution 20-30 years ago... And govt institutions have unbelievable level of corruption so there is not such improvement in quality.. 3. Our country so far hasn't developed a manufacturing sector.. so the core branches of Engineering like Civil and Mechanical .. etc lack opportunities for employment ... It's right to say... It's just tough to get a decent job in core.. like in other countries..so Indian students have to either switch to other streams.. or go abroad to get better opportunities...
