Since you mentioned cold callers make a lot of money, then the question is how will they make money if they start the conversation and hang up? I also seen many cold callers who is even too scared to introduce themselves right after a client said hello. Many cold callers run away in fear which is like giving an impression they hate their job. They don't even want to make a good impression even when they know they are getting paid. No college degree and experience required and at the same time, many people ended up hating their jobs. I even seen many complain about the background noise when in reality, they don't want to put up with any struggles that come with it.
