im on my way out of anxiety cycle! ive dealt with crazy debilitanting physical symptoms, but i had a very light dp/dr bout id say. What i feel like really helped me is as follows 1- know that you are not broken! You will not go crazy, lose control nor d1e.Its a perfectly normal response of a very stressed out scared little animal❤ 2-Dont stop your life ! I know it can be a struggle to even get out of the bed, but its the fear that got you in this condition,if you feed your anxiety with more fear, the system will keep going.Try to have a simple routine, even if its nothing compared to what you used to do. 3-Put everything under the anxiety umbrella. You should check your symptons, but once you did it, just relax.Anxiety can mimic virtually any disease in your body, so do not worry about every single symptom ,cause they will morph into one another, which leads to... 4 Learn to respond without fear.As i said , the response is the most important thing. When you are experiencing a tough time, a setback dont act like you start at the zero point.Use this as an opportunity to test your response, let the symptons flood yourself, do what they have to do.Float with it like Claire Weekes would say. 5-have patience with yourself. So much of what we end up as anxiety sufferers are about how pushy and perfectionist we are.Take a good care of yourself

Hi Robin, Just wanted to come back and say thank you for continuing to push forward with this channel. While I’m still not 100% out of the anxiety loop, I just wanted to stop by a video and express how grateful I am for the information you give with this incredibly non talked about condition. I’m proud to say that I’ve been back at it with life, taking risks, and pushing myself far out of my comfort zone. Now I will admit: yes, this has been one of the hardest phases of my life so far. However, I have never LEARNED, GROWN, and GAINED as much strength and appreciation for happiness and life through anything else. So with that, to anyone that has just entered this hell hole, this is my advice to you: -know the time and place to sit with your thoughts -adopt calming mantras like “this will pass” “my brain is trying to protect me right now, I am safe” etc. -take it one day at a time -stop googling, don’t read forms, it’s all negative and filled with fear -know that not having the answers to any of your existential questions isn’t the issue, the issue is the false thought of needing to know the answers to feel safe. -don’t feel the need to constantly get rid of your “bad” thoughts,, let them exist, you do not have to ruminate! -you are absolutely and without a doubt, NOT alone. If you’re still reading, know that one day this struggle WILL pay off, anxiety is a precursor to FREEDOM, and we will be okay. Sending the best energy your way Robin, thank you once again, and thank you to the beautiful souls that continue to power through and shine. -Bella

You're imparting fantastic information, so reassuring for sufferers. DPDR is very OCD-like so too much reassurance is, of course, bad... but this type of 'reassurance' is so helpful and useful. You're challenging the most primitive cognitive delusions that drive this pattern, helping it dissolve naturally. Thanks for all the work you do!

This community is here for you :) don’t struggle alone. I went through this myself and I know the toll it takes, and how alone and lost you can feel. You’re going to be okay, you’re gonna beat this, and you’re gonna be better afterward. I’m living proof. If you need to vent reply under this comment anytime, I’m on YT a lot so I’ll be sure to see it!

@@deadby2534 thank you... I have my 2nd round of dpdr since November... I'm in therapy but no progress... I had it before when I was younger and got out but I'm just so scared I won't this time.
