I’ve been watching your videos a lot, lately, however, not because of your arts; although they aren’t terrible, they aren’t what I consider arts, in a sense that they aren’t museum-grade. Please don’t take this as a negative to you or your works. I believe you (or anyone really) has what it takes to be an artist of museum caliber given time, ambition, connections, lucks, and circumstances. Truly, I have lots of love for your works, with added inspiring quotes and poems!!! You are an intellectual as I hear and listen. As for me, I know who I am! For most people, their entire life, never find out who they are. My past, I had dabbled in poetries/songs/writings; hence, I understand; however, my true love is art. Thus, I have been an artist, ever since I was 5 years of age. Anyway, getting back to why I’ve been watching your videos. Forgive me for saying this, but it’s your voice! Your voice, what it does is help me sleep. It’s something I feel connected to as it soothes my busy thoughts at night. I am grateful for it!!! Keep up the works! Btw, let me know when your work(s) get in the museum. It’s something to shoot for!!!

My only problem when drawing is that I lose patience I can’t draw for more than twenty minutes as I get bored so most of my drawings are just sketches with minimal details

Yeah same tbh. I've been working on it tho. It's super hard for me to concentrate on something for more than 15~20 minutes (I got the AD4K); lately I've trying to put in more time to singular drawings, pushing beyond 20 mins, getting more finished stuff, etc. It's hard but, I'm noticing that I'm starting to be able to stay concentrated on a singular piece for a little longer-and I'm happy with that ibh. Art is one of those things that "gets easier over time, you gotta do it, thats the hard part, but it gets easier".

The beautiful thing about making art is there are absolutely no boundaries and rules, just what works for you. If you find you can't draw for more than 20 minutes, then who said you need to force yourself to draw for longer? I'd suggest try finishing a drawing in 20 minute increments over the course of several days. I personally finish my pen drawing over the course of 3-5 days, and I work on them however long I feel like at the time, which can be anywhere from several minutes to several hours. Experiment and see what works for you. Hope this was helpful and best of luck on your art journey!

@@C-sé.speakin Truthfully, some days I also can't bear to sit down and draw more than 15-20 min either. And I think that's totally normal. Drawings themselves take a lot of time to make, although that doesn't necessarily mean you have to complete a drawing in one sitting! You can work on a piece for 20 min over the course of several days. For me, my pen drawings take around 3-5 days to complete, and the amount of time I work on it fluctuates, from several minutes to several hours a day. It all depends on how you're feeling in the moment, and there is no right answer, just what works for you. I agree that the more art you create, the less frustrating you will find the process. :) happy creating!

@@C-sé.speakin I swear I don’t have adhd but I get random burst of energy when I draw, the most spontaneous thing I’ve done was enter a half a marathon and I didn’t even last ten minutes on the drawing (know that I think about it I have no idea where I left that sketchbook)
