I want to thank you for your amazing editing of this hour long talk into its essential elements. I have listened to this excerpt at least a dozen times over the past year or so and each time, I hear something new. Today, I thought I'd listen again to the entire Heart of Ascension talk to see if I was missing anything but no, what you did was a FANTASTIC job of boiling it down to the important points. Thank you so very much! Sending you much love and appreciation.

I can appreciate the work/editing you have done here and in other posts on your channel with Matt's "transmissions". I'd like to hear if you are planning to do more of these? I am actually inspired to do some myself. Thank you. Well done. ♡♡♡

For 6 months I was so depressed the only thing that kept me alive and brought me peace was the thought "I can always kill myself tomorrow".. It seems a little far fetched to believe that someone in the condition I was in, would be able to say (never-mind think), I accept, and love... Love????? this depression, Accept?, ehh, maybe on the day when I wrote my own obituary out, but to think, I'm just going to sit here and love the shit out of this? Come on! And trust me, you, I was the most happy go lucky spiritual butterfly before this. Everything was love, everything was beauty. I get the work you're doing, it's helpful. If I had never been that depressed I might actually be able to take this more seriously. Oh, and his talk on simply invoking the light, to have the universe work through you... I'd drift off to sleep every night with the final thoughts.. God, help me.

My Life My Trail how did you get out of the depression?
@parrottism8 жыл бұрын
It was a long journey. There's a lot I could say here.. but, I'll tell you this, I became obsessed with the idea that anything was possible.. I truly believed that. I HAD to believe that. My depression turned into a search to accomplish the impossible, and that is what helped me come out of it. There was something I could have hope for.. the impossible made possible. My attention was focused on this.. and this in itself has become it's own journey. It took some time to fully grasp and a lot of learning, or (more accurately) unlearning to understand, but it was something I never gave up on. I can tell you today that the impossible is absolutely possible. Everything truly is possible. I still had my ups and downs for some time, but I never gave up and I'm glad I didn't. I hope this has helped
